Booking is simple! Just head to our booking page, choose your favourite castle, select your date, and we’ll take care of the rest. You can also message us directly — we’re happy to help!

We deliver all across the Niagara Region, including: Niagara Falls St. Catharines Welland Thorold Fort Erie Pelham Stevensville and more! *Niagara Falls is free of charge. Surrounding cities range from $20-$40.

Our bounce castles range from $250 to $450, depending on the unit and rental duration. Delivery fees vary by city — check out our delivery areas and rates in the previous question for full details.

We guarantee a minimum of 6 hours for all rentals. However, depending on our delivery schedule and other bookings, you may receive your castle for even longer — at no extra cost! If you book on any day between Sunday–Wednesday, you’ll also receive a FREE overnight rental with next-day pickup!

Absolutely! All of our inflatables are professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use. We take safety seriously — each castle is inspected and set up with care.

Our castles are best suited for children ages 1–14. Some units are larger and ideal for older kids — we’re happy to recommend the right one for your group.

You’ll need: A flat, grassy area (or approved hard surface) Access to a standard electrical outlet Adult supervision during the entire rental

No worries! If bad weather is in the forecast, you can cancel or reschedule at no charge. We don’t set up in heavy rain or high winds for safety reasons — but we’ll always work with you to make it right!

Yes! We deliver, set up, secure the unit, and take it down after. You don’t have to lift a finger — just relax and enjoy the fun.

During peak season (June–August), we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. For last-minute bookings, message us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!
