1. Continuous adult supervision
A responsible adult aged 18 or older who has received and understood Bounce Niagara’s operating instructions must continuously supervise each inflatable while it is in use. The supervisor must remain attentive, enforce the rules and stop unsafe activity. Never allow use without supervision or while the supervisor is impaired.
2. Occupancy and participant limits
Follow the equipment’s posted age, height, weight and maximum occupancy limits. Separate participants of substantially different sizes and abilities. Do not overcrowd the inflatable.
3. Safe clothing and personal items
Remove shoes, jewellery, sharp objects and other items that could cause injury or damage. Empty pockets and avoid loose clothing or accessories that could become caught.
4. Food, drinks and prohibited items
No food, drinks, chewing gum, pets or unauthorized toys inside the inflatable. No face paint, silly string, confetti, party poppers, coloured streamers or materials that may stain or damage it.
5. No smoking or open flames
Keep smoking, vaping, barbecues, heaters and open flames away from the inflatable, blower and electrical equipment.
6. No rough play
No flips, somersaults, wrestling, pushing, rough play or deliberate collisions. Do not climb, sit or hang on walls, netting, arches or other structures not designed for that purpose.
7. Entrances and exits
Keep entrances and exits clear. Entrance steps are for access, not bouncing. Keep everyone clear during inflation and deflation.
8. Slide safety
Use slides only as instructed and feet first. Do not climb up slide lanes or enter a landing area while another participant is sliding.
9. Water use
Use water only on equipment expressly approved by Bounce Niagara for wet use. Follow the supplied water-use instructions and keep blowers and electrical equipment protected from water.
10. Suitability to participate
Participants must not use equipment if illness, injury, impairment or another condition makes participation unsafe. Anyone unsure about their suitability should obtain appropriate medical advice before participating.
11. Setup and anchoring
Provide accurate information about the setup area, access, surface conditions and known hazards, including underground utilities, irrigation systems and overhead obstructions. Only Bounce Niagara or a person expressly authorized by it may move or alter the installation. Do not remove or adjust anchors, stakes, ballast, ropes, blowers or electrical connections.
12. Weather and wind limits
Stop use immediately during thunder, lightning, unsafe rain, strong winds, unstable ground conditions or any other unsafe situation. Do not operate at or above 25 km/h wind speed, including gusts, or at any lower limit specified for the equipment by the manufacturer or Bounce Niagara. Stop sooner if the inflatable moves, anchoring becomes insecure or conditions become unsafe. Follow the supplied evacuation and shutdown instructions.
13. Power loss, deflation or damage
If the blower stops, the inflatable loses pressure or damage is noticed, calmly evacuate all participants immediately and prevent re-entry. Contact Bounce Niagara and follow the supplied shutdown instructions. Do not attempt repairs or restart equipment until authorized.
14. Emergency response
Call 911 for an emergency requiring immediate assistance, then notify Bounce Niagara as soon as reasonably possible. Report equipment damage, malfunctions and incidents promptly.
15. Overnight rentals
Overnight possession is permitted only when confirmed in the booking. All supervision and safety requirements continue to apply. When unattended or outside the approved operating period, shut down and secure the equipment according to Bounce Niagara’s instructions and prevent access. Overnight possession does not authorize unsupervised use.
16. Equipment care
Take reasonable care of the equipment. The renter is responsible for reasonable, documented repair, replacement or additional cleaning costs to the extent caused by their misuse, unauthorized alterations or failure to follow the agreement, or by persons under their supervision. Ordinary wear and tear and pre-existing damage are excluded.
